Construction Company - Project Yakima Trolley Parking Lot

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project (Yakima Trolley Parking Lot) provided for the placement of approximately 300 tons of
porous asphalt pavement, construction of 190 s.y. of cement sidewalk, painted pavement
markings and other required parking lot improvements. Final inspection for this project was made
and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. This Council action is to accept the
project.

The above total contract cost is for construction only, is paid in full and does not include
