UNDERGROUND RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received, City of Yakima, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
( "Grantor "), hereby grants to PacifiCorp, an Oregon corporation, its successors and assigns
( "Grantee "), a perpetual easement for a right of way 10 feet in width and 1937 feet in length, more or less,
for the construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, enlargement, and
removal of Grantee's underground electric distribution and communication lines and all necessary or
desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation: wires, fibers, cables and
other conductors and conduits therefore; and pads, transformers, switches, cabinets, vaults on, across, or
under the surface of the real property of Grantor in Yakima County, State of Washington, as more
particularly described as follows and/or shown on Exhibit(s) A and B attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof:
A portion of: The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 02, Township 12 North, Range 18
East, and a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 13
North, Range 18 East of the Willamette Meridian, City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington.
Parcel No.: 181202 -21004 and 181335 -31001
Together with the right of ingress and egress for Grantee, its contractors, or agents, to the
right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for all activities in connection with the purposes for which
this easement has been granted; and together with the present and (without payment therefore) the future
right to keep the right of way clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards
which might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place or store any flammable materials or light any fires, on or
within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing limitations, the surface of the right of
way may be used for other purposes not inconsistent, as determined by the Grantee, with the purposes for
which this easement has been granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit their
respective heirs, successors and assigns and shall run with the land.

UNDERGROUND RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
(POWER FOR GLIDE SLOPE — YAKIMA AIR TERMINAL)
CITY OF YAKIMA, YAKIMA COUNTY, WASHINGTON
An easement over, under, and across a portion of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section
02, Township 12 North, Range 18 East, and a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 35, Township 13 North, Range 18 East of the Willamette Meridian, City of Yakima,
Yakima County, Washington, said easement being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described easement
centerline:
Commencing at an aluminum cap marking the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 02; thence along the South line of said Northwest quarter North 89° 45' 20" West 679.73
feet; thence leaving said South line North 00° 14' 40" West 804.69 feet to the Point of Beginning of
said easement centerline; thence North 17° 07' 26" East 592.50 feet; thence North 00° 12' 12" East
864.89 feet; thence North 03° 28' 30" West 479.50 feet to the Terminus of said centerline, from
which said Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 02 bears South 11° 09' 19" East
2763.74 feet.
The sidelines of said easement shall be extended or shortened as needed to meet at angle points.
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
