This subdivision received preliminary plat approval on January 19, 2016 by the Yakima City Council (Resolution No. R- 2016-12). ITEM BUDGETED: STRATEGIC PRIORITY: APPROVED FOR SUBMITTAL: Interim City Manager STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully requests to set May 3, 2016 as the date for this hearing.
