ITEM TITLE: Set Date for a Joint Board Closed Record Public Hearing for March 18,
2008 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation for changes in
land uses (rezones) and the concurrent Regional Planning Commission's
recommendation for amendments to the city's Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use
Map.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Set March 18, 2008 as the date for a Closed Record
Public Hearing for Council consideration of the Hearing Examiner's recommendation on
application requests for changes in land uses (rezones) and the Regional Planning
Commission recommendation for concurrent amendments to the Comprehensive Plan
Future Land Use Map, submitted by Bill Cook; City of Yakima Department of
Community and Economic Development.
