SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
As approved by the Yakima County Boundary Review Board the City of Yakima's Sullivan
Rowell Annexation consists of one parcel totaling approximately 11.7 acres of vacant land with
an assessed value of $351,000. Based upon its small size and undeveloped character
additional police or fire personnel will not be required to serve this area.
You are being requested to set the date of the Public Hearing for this annexation for March 4,
2008.
