SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
As approved by the Yakima County Boundary Review Board the City of Yakima's West
Powerhouse III Annexation consists of four parcels totaling approximately twelve acres of
property with an estimated population of two people and an assessed value of $771,900. Based
upon its small size very limited population no additional police or fire personnel will be required
411 to serve this area.
You are being requested to set the date of the Public Hearing for this annexation for March 4,
2008.
