ITEM TITLE: Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for Schneider Water
Services - Project AC2350 Kissel Park well pump and motor for
domestic water well (Standard Motion V -B- Accept the project and
approve)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A final payment of $8,632.00 is recommended for Schneider Water Services for (City Project.:
AC2350) which installed a new 300 -hp submersible motor and pump at the existing Kissel Park
well site, subject to issuance of a Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and
authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.

Contract Awarded: 4/2/2015
Contract Cost: $186,796.48
Retainage Due: $8,632.00
The above total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other
costs.
