SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Catalyss LLC, formerly Toscanna LLC, submitted a development agreement for Catalyss Planned Residential
Development, a 66 lot Planned Development subdivision located in the vicinity of 40th Ave. and Castlevale
Rd. This subdivision received preliminary plat approval on August 18, 2009 by the Yakima City Council
(Resolution No. R- 2009 -109).
