SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The application submitted by Bill Frodsham, on behalf of DMF Investments, is a master planned
development for Powerhouse Villas consisting of three phases to subdivide approximately 12 acres into 43
multi- family residential lots in the R -3 zoning district. The Hearing Examiner's Recommendation for this
proposal was issued on December 1, 2015.
