NOW,, Z.N IMEEORE, I Micah Fawley, Mayor of the City of Takima and on behalf of the City Councif, do hereby proclaim �Wonday, December 21, 2015, as "xomeless Persons' W emoriafDay " in the City of Takima in recognition of the people who have died without a home, from ailments or conditions directly related to homelessness, I hereby askaffcitizens to take a moment of silence in remembrance andencourage our citizens to support afffocafefforts to eliminate homelessness in our community.
