2. Public hearing and ordinance and resolution to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's
recommendation concerning a comprehensive plan amendment and rezone request submitted
by What the Hay, LLC (CPA #004 -15, RZ #004 -15) changing the classification of the property
located in the vicinity of S. 88th Ave & Wide Hollow Rd
3. Public hearing and resolution to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation
concerning a comprehensive plan amendment and rezone request submitted by TM Rentals
(CPA #005 -15, RZ #005 -15) changing the classification of the property located in the vicinity of
S. 38th Ave & W. Logan Ave
4. Public hearing and resolution to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation
concerning a comprehensive plan amendment and rezone request submitted by Chelminar
Association, Inc. (CPA #008 -15, RZ #008 -15) changing the classification of the property located
in the vicinity of S. 46th Ave & W. Chestnut Ave
5. The next meeting will be a Council Business Meeting on December 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. at City
Hall
6. Adjournment

Consent Agenda
Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without
discussion. A citizen or Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if
approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration.
A. Resolution announcing Council Business Meeting schedule for 2016
B. Resolution authorizing agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates for
engineering services to design and provide construction administration for acquiring
Snow Removal Equipment at the Yakima Air Terminal
C. Resolution authorizing agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates for
engineering services to design and provide construction administration for security
fence gates at the Yakima Air Terminal
D. Interlocal Agreement with City of Selah for IT Services
E. Resolution authorizing an engineering and consulting services agreement with HDR
Engineering, Inc. for engineering and consulting services associated with the 2017
Water System Plan update, not to exceed $220,555
F. Resolution authorizing a contract with East Valley Fire District # 4 for SunComm
dispatch services
6. Audience Participation
Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting
agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as
possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor
and /or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly
encouraged.

Lodging Tax Advisory Committee; and further providing for establishing a Lodging Tax
Advisory Committee with nine members; and Consideration of Motion to reappoint the
current members of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.
