for Scenic Plateau Subdivision.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Set Date of Closed Record Public Hearing for Council consideration of the final plat of Scenic Plateau
Subdivision — Phase I, a 23 -Lot subdivision, for May 6, 2008. Scenic Plateau is a 23 -lot preliminary
subdivision of approximately 10.6 acres of SR and R -1 zoned property. This property is located in the
vicinity of 72 Avenue and Englewood Avenue. As submitted this plat complies with the requirements
of the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Development Standards
Ordinance and Traffic Concurrency Ordinance.
The Hearing Examiner issued his written recommendation for approval of this application subject to
