SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project provided for the construction of a new sewer main and associated sewer services
within 12 Avenue so as to provide sanitary sewer service to the residents along the west side of
12 Avenue between King Street and Mead Avenue.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
Contractor: West Coast Construction, Inc.
Contract Award: 11/20/09
Contract Cost: • $105,319.72
Final Contract Cost: $107,922.95
Amt. This Payment: -0-
The above total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other
costs.
