Adopting portions of the newly adopted Washington State Criminal Street Gangs law effective June 12, 2008; adopting Section 306 of the Engrossed Second Substitute House Bill 2712; imposing mandatory minimum sentences for misdemeanor and gross- misdemeanor criminal street gang - related offenses; and creating a new Chapter 6.11 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code *25. Consideration of an Ordinance authorizing the City to lease to Noel Communications, Inc. access to and space within the conduit system located under Yakima Avenue (ordinance available Monday, 6/9/08) 26.
