of Washington Heights Phase 1.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The proposed Preliminary Plat of Washington Heights Phase 1 is a 24 lot single - family residential
subdivision consisting of 11.9 acres in the vicinity of 76th Avenue and W. Washington Avenue. On
April 30, 2008, the Hearing Examiner held an open record public hearing where testimony was taken
from the City as well as the Applicant. Following that hearing, the Hearing Examiner issued his
• recommendation on May 15, 2008, for approval with conditions set forth in the recommendation.
You are being requested to set the date of the Closed Record Public Hearing for this
Preliminary Long Plat for July 1, 2008.
