SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Joe Morrier Sr. has applied to construct awnings on the street level and condominium
• balconies on the second and third levels on the building at 17 North Third Street for the Bon
Lofts. The awnings and balconies would project 8 feet 8 inches over the City right of way.
The required proof of ownership and liability insurance outlined in Chapter 8.20 of the
Yakima Municipal Code is on file in the Offices of Code Administration and Planning.
