SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Set July 15, 2008 as the date of the Closed Record Public Hearing for this Preliminary
Long Plat submitted by Vista Ridge Properties, LLC.
On June 26, 2008 the City of Yakima Hearing Examiner recommended approval (with
conditions) of an 18 -lot Preliminary Long Plat known as Vista Ridge. This subdivision is
approximately 4.89 acres in size and is located in the vicinity of Easy Street and South
69th Avenue, within the (R -1), Single Family Residential zoning district.
