Cook, Director of Community and Economic Development Department CONTACT PERSON/TELEPHONE: William R Cook, Director of Community and Economic Development / 509- 575 -6113 SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Lauro Pereira, the property owner and occupant, has applied to keep a newly • erected fence in the City right of way at 505 E. Beech Street. The fence has been placed 18 feet into the City right of way, at a distance of 6 feet from the curb, along Beech Street. There is no sidewalk on Beech Street. The fence has been placed behind the sidewalk along Naches Avenue, and is therefore not in the right of way of Naches Avenue Currently, there is a 15 inch sewer line that lies almost directly below the curb along Beech Street, at a depth of 10 feet. This line was placed in 1905.
