1. Marvin Gardens Update
OIC of Washington has four units complete and three units sold. Habitat for
Humanity has two units complete and both are occupied.
2. Habitat for Humanity Proposal
Habitat for Humanity requested funds to purchase 908 S 5 Ave and 1518
Fairbanks. The committee recommended sending the proposal to Yakima City
Council.
3. Yakima Housing Authority / Nueva primavera Information
Request to consider a future proposal on restructuring the loan at a later date.
Also, a request to consider a future proposal requesting funds from ONDS was
discussed.
Other Business
A review of the details of the proposal for Neighborhood Associations was discussed and
the implications that the proposal had on current budget and other services provided by
ONDS.
