RESOLUTION NO. R-2010-61
declaring one (1) 1995 Wildcat "Easy Over" Compost Turner to be surplus
to the needs of the City of Yakima and the Wastewater Division, and
authorizing its sale by whatever means determined appropriate by the City
Manager, such as "e -Bay", "Public Surplus", local auction or sealed quote.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima owns one (1) 1995 Wildcat "Easy Over" Compost
Turner, for which the City and the Wastewater Division has no immediate or foreseeable use
and which is surplus to the needs of the City and the Wastewater Division; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to sell
said Wildcat now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The City Council hereby declares the aforementioned one (1) 1995 Wildcat "Easy Over"
Compost Turner to be surplus to the needs of the City of Yakima and the Wastewater Division,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sell said Wildcat by whatever means
he determines to be appropriate, such as "e -Bay", "Public Surplus", local auction or sealed
quote.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 18th day of May, 2010.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Yakima Wastewater Division has one (1) 1995 Wildcat "Easy Over" Compost Turner, in
excess to the Division's needs due to the Wastewater Treatment Plant no longer composting.
The Wildcat has not been utilized for more than 10 years and the Yakima Wastewater Division
desires to sell/auction this Wildcat by a means deemed appropriate by the City Manager, such
as "e -Bay", "Public Surplus", local auction or sealed quote. Funds realized from the sale would
be credited to the Yakima Wastewater Operating Fund.
