an appeal of the Community review Board decision regarding property at
6409 Occidental requested by Ron Voris

SUMMARY EXPLANATION: A Community Review Board hearing was held on June 4,
2008 for excessive debris, refuse and vehicles throughout the property. The Board
rendered a decision for the applicant to have 30 days extension and 30 day appeal
process which is 60 days to abate violations.
The applicant has requested an appeal hearing of the Community Review Board' decision
before City Council
