concerning the Zeigler Annexation.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Zeigler Annexation consists of four parcels comprises approximately 56.73 acres of land
with an estimated population of four and an assessed value of $901,050. The single petition
covers 100% of the area's assessed value.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Set May 18, 2010 as the date of a public hearing to consider
the Zeigler Annexation.

1, 2010.
