Ordinance amending Chapter 5.90 of the Yakima Municipal Code and deleting sections 5.90.010 through 5.90.100 and adopting new sections 5.90.110 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code, adopted by the City Council on April 7, 2009 B. Resolution approving the Commute Trip Reduction Plan as implementing the amended Commute Trip Reduction Program Ordinance, Chapter 5.90.010 — 5.90.110 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code, adopted by the City Council on April 7, 2009 19.
