RELEASE OF CLAIMS
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF payment of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00) to the City of Yakima, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
parties mutually release and discharge each other from all demands, claims, or
suits of any nature relating to or arising from a purchase of cupcakes for the
farewell gathering for Ms. Mattia held on December 19, 2014.
The undersigned hereby accept said sum as a compromise and final settlement of
all claims relating to the matter referred to above.
The undersigned agree the payment of the above sum is not to be construed as
an admission of any liability by or on behalf of either party, by whom liability is
expressly denied.
