R-2023-110 A RESOLUTION of the City of Yakima, updating a Master Fee Schedule related to Airport rates and charges. WHEREAS, on December 6, 2022, Council adopted Resolution R-2022-169 placing certain fees in a Master Fee Schedule, and WHEREAS, on July 18, 2023, Council adopted Ordinance 2023-032 amending Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 1.92 for the purpose of allowing certain parking fees, and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yakima finds that it is in the best interest of the city and its residents to keep certain fees together where they can be found in one location; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The rates, fees and charges set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein, are hereby adopted by this reference. Section 2. This Resolution shall be in force and effective immediately.
