SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Set January 20, 2009 as the date for a Joint City and County
Open Record Public Hearing for consideration of the Regional Planning Commission's
recommendation to adopt the proposed Adult Business Ordinance an amendment to the Urban
Area Zoning Ordinance, submitted by Bill Cook, City of Yakima Department of Community and
Economic Development.
