SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Set March 3, 2009 as the date for a Joint City and County Open Record Public Hearing for
consideration of the `Regional Planning Commission's recommendation to adopt the proposed
0 Adult Business Ordinance an amendment to the Urban Area Zoning Ordinance, submitted by
Bill Cook, City of Yakima Department of Community and Economic Development.
