ITEM TITLE: Set Date of March 3, 2009 at for a Joint City /County Closed Record Public
Hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation for changes in land uses
(rezones) and the concurrent Regional Planning Commission's recommendation for
amendments to the city's Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Set March 3, 2009 as the date for a Closed Record Public
Hearing for Council consideration of the Hearing Examiner's recommendation on application
requests for changes in land uses . (rezones) and the Regional Planning Commission
recommendation for concurrent amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use
Map, submitted by Bill Cook, City of Yakima Department of Community and Economic
Development.
