Collectively, or in separate portions, the property could be developed In a number of ways, including through retail establishments and/br shopping centers. 3. Property Owners have not yet finalized any dovdopment plant for the property and have not applied for, or received, any permits for development of the property. 9. This Agreement shall terminate on May 24, 2023.
