OBJECTIVE
City of Yakima desires to have C)nniga Solution LUC setup and maintain a VRV site and
service citation through aVRVQueue Manager, a"connector"from their Parking Citation
agency to ]index (through State ofVVaahington-VVaTech) for the purpose of transmitting
ticket information electronically to the Administrative Office of the Courts. City of Yakima
also desires to have in-placea data integration point between their individual court
Collections vendor and WA State Administrative Office for the Courts (AOC) Judicial

Information System (]IS). This will allow City ofYahinno's Collections vendor to directly
update City ofYahinna's receipt/ng system within ]lS without relying on the courts to
manually enter the information. City of Yakima feels this will save them quite a bit of
time, monitoring, and extra effort as well as improving efficiency and reducing risk.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
Project Success Criteria is defined asdelivery nfspecific business capabilities, as follows:
o Developing and deploying the scope and steps necessary for all deliverables
listed inthe table above.
o Eliminating the dependency on physical paper reports for bulk data -entry
tasks into]lS.
v Reducing data -entry errors
n Creating a re -useable platform for all future data -integration efforts with
AOC's]lS system.
ASSUMPTIONS
Certain assumptions and premises need to be defined to identify and estimate the
required tasks and timing for the project.
� The Project Plan(s) assume(s) no key interdependencies with other initiatives.
Interdependencies and their impacts will be described asthey are identified.
� Yakinna'svendony, ADC, and various Court customers will provide any standards
that need to be followed prior to the work being planned and commenced.
)� City of Yakima will support this initiative by allowing Orniga Solutions to interview
key staff during scheduled meetings and interviews.
Court customers will support this initiative by establishing RACFID's and a DVOL
Test environment for 0rniga Solutions toverify system functionality.
City of Yakima and Court customers will participate in the integration and quality
assurance testing prior tothe go -live production launch date.

Orniga Solutions to complete the work defined herein.
Costs and Payment Schedule
1. City of Yakima agrees to fund $2,000 for the total effort, due after implementation of
VRV services by and between Yakirna's Parking Citation Vendor, City of Yakima
Mundpa/ Court, and AOC. This Agreement also covers the on booding of Collect R
between the City ofYakima Muncipa| Court,AOC, and YCCSvvhich Maintenaoa Fees
with 8egain after the first year of service.
2. City ofYakima agrees to pay the annual maintenance fee associated with server
maintenance and systems upkeep, 1,000 to 2,000 per ticket invoice numbers as
outlined in the Service Level Contract. The annual maintenance will be based on the
number ofpayments posted and service maintenance. Payments will be invoiced
anua||y. This fee /s NOT intended for feature enhancements or future improvements.
It is intended solely for ensuring proper security acoording toA[)Cguidelines,
industry best -practices, and normal operating procedures. City of Yakima Court
understands that this fee will not cover all future systems hosted by Ornige
Solutions.

3. There are three different levels of Transaction processing for Annual Maintenace
Fees: Light under 11,UU0transactions $1,DO0, Medium between 11,000and 28,000
Tranaactions$1,20U, and Heavy over 28,000transactions $2,000.
Master Services Agreement
This statement of work is subject to the terms stated in the Master Services Agreement
already in effective per <]Courtservices. Any other terms and conditions to the contrary
are null and void.
Acceptance and authorization
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto each acting with proper authority have
executed this Statement of Work, under seal.
