The duration of the relationship would be determined in the final agreement, but the minimum is three years. If the City of Yakima chooses not to participate, no projects would occur within the city. Cosen House update — CED Staff At last meeting it was suggested that ONDS talk to Habitat for Humanity about building a new home at 201 S 8 St. Habitat for Humanity is currently workin on homes in the Marvin Gardens development. Building a new home at 201 S 8 Street would be difficult because of other projects they are currently working on. An October deadline would be a struggle but might be feasible. The home would have to be similar to the structures at Marvin Gardens. The committee moved to continue with the advertisement of the sale of the property. ill Lover, Chairman
