2. Draft legislation regulating certain adult entertainment activities
ACTION: Motion failed to move the proposed ordinance into the public process.
VOTE: 4 -3, Adkison, Ettl and Edler voting yes.
3. Audience Comments (10:30 — 10:45 a.m.)
The following people spoke against the proposed ordinance:
Vicki Gibson — owner of Burlesque Espresso
Cheryl Clark — owner of DreamGirls Espresso
Juanita Sanchez — owner of DejaBrew
The following people spoke in favor of the ordinance:
Ron Jackman — citizen
Lori Rainford — owner of Espresso Express
Michele Strobel — citizen

ACTION: Motion carried to adjourn. VOTE: Unanimous
