SUMMARY EXPLANATION: The Office of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) requires the City to hold two annual public hearings to accept comments on
® the year end Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). This
is the second public hearing on the 2009 report, which must be submitted to HUD
by April 1. No action is required by Council.
