SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project replaced the existing overflow and drain piping for one of our 12MG reservoirs at the
Level 2 site and completed the contract improvements to the Level 2 waterlines and reservoirs
that have taken place over the past 3 years. Additional work was required to accommodate
unforeseen conditions on the reservoir site. Work included installation of new 12" HDPE and 12"
DI waterline and other minor items. All - additional work required was covered by existing bid
items.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
r accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
Contractor: TTC Construction, LLC
Contract Award: 2/17/09
Contract Cost: $42,020.36
Final Contract Cost: $63,203.21
Amt. This Payment: -0-
The above total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other
costs.
