ITEM TITLE: Set date of January 17, 2023 for a closed record public hearing to
consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation
regarding a text amendment to YMC 15.26 Land Development
Fees to reflect fees to be established by resolution

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Yakima Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 14, 2022 to consider a
proposed revision to YMC Ch. 15.26 Land Development Fees, in accordance with Council
Direction. The revision will remove the fees from YMC Ch. 15.26. Land Use Fees will be
adopted by Council Resolution. The YPC recommendation will be presented to Council at a
closed record public hearing on January 17, 2023.
