Call to Order
--Meeting was called to order at approximately 5:45 PM.
Roll Call
--Commissioners Hall, Bussey, and Mann were present, with Commissioners Edmonson and King absent for this meeting.
Approval of Meeting Minutes from 8/24/2022
--Meeting Minutes approved with no revisions
Staff Announcements
Update on Fruit Row Nomination
--WA State Advisory Council on Historic Preservation was to hold its meeting on the Fruit Row nomination on October 14th, information for this presentation was provided.
Update on Naches Ave. Overlay Project
--Contract for this project was drafted, and will go to Council soon. Northwest Vernacular was contacted about working on this project, and has expressed interest in doing so.
Audience Participation
--No audience participated during this meeting
New Business
Considerations for the next CLG grant cycle
--Options considered included an inventory of downtown buildings, funding for a historic map of the city or downtown corridor, working with schools to develop curriculum for local history,
various outreach proposals
Other Business
--A reminder was given about the RevitalizeWA conference happening October 19-21.
