8. First public hearing on the 2023-2024 Preliminary Biennial Budget for the City of Yakima
9. Public hearing and ordinances pertaining to Ad Valorem Taxes to be levied for collection in
Fiscal Year 2023
10. Public hearing and Resolution declaring certain property originally part of Drainage
Improvement District#39, later abandoned by Yakima County and ceded to the City, to be
surplus to City needs
11. Open record public hearing and Ordinance to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation
regarding a right-of-way petition submitted by Columbus Cascade Company LLC to vacate 10 ft
of public right of way at 609 South Front Street
12. Closed record public hearing and Resolution to consider the Hearing Examiner's
recommendation regarding the preliminary plat of"Canterfield Estates"submitted by Mayling
Chin located in the vicinity of 4802 Spring Creek Rd
