Public hearing and Resolution declaring certain property originally part of Drainage Improvement District#39, later abandoned by Yakima County and ceded to the City, to be surplus to City needs 11. Open record public hearing and Ordinance to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation regarding a right-of-way petition submitted by Columbus Cascade Company LLC to vacate 10 ft of public right of way at 609 South Front Street 12.
