I hereby propose to furnish all of the materials and perform all labor necessary for the completion of:
Install Eikav drinking fountain with bottle filler. Includes built in water filter. Connect to existing plumbing from
sink. Remove old drinking fountain and cap, lines. Wall repairs separate.
K&L Plumbing Services will perform the work described above and supply all required materials for the sum of: not exceeding
4.752.90S+tax and permit.
Balance of the cost due upon completion of the job. If payment is not made at the completion of the job, interest will accrue on
the unpaid balance at the highest rate permissible by law, Upon satisfactory payment being made for any portion of the work
performed, the contractor shall, prior to any further payment being made, furnish to the person contracting for the property improvement
a full and unconditional release from any claim or contractor's lien for that portion of the work being performed.
Ali material is guaranteed to be as specified as above. All work will be completed according to standard practice, and in good
professional manner.
Unless specifically stated otherwise above, repair of streets sidewalks and the like shall not be the responsibility of K&L
Plumbing Services.
In the event excavation is required, the excavated area will be graded to ground level and mounded to allow for settling, Note
that this proposal does not include any landscaping. K&L Plumbing technicians preserve as much of the original landscape as
possible. However, the disturbed dirt will take several months to settle. Weather conditions may also contribute to some damage to soft
soil, and the heavy equipment needed at the job site. All landscaping required following completion of the job would be the customer's
responsibilities. This is covered under the read before we dig clause.
In the event circumstances arise in the course of performance which necessitate a deviation from the work described above or
if the customer requests that additional or different work be performed, the additional charge shall be agreed upon before the additional
work is undertaken and a new written work description shall be executed.
Customers shall maintain fire, tornado, earthquake, and other necessary insurance on the property on which the work is being
performed, K&L Plumbing shall maintain workers' compensation and liability insurance.
This proposal constitutes our entire agreement and may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. No modifications
of this agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
Warranty is non -transferable.
In Washington, all contractors who perform work or who advertise or submit bids in this state must be
registered with the dept. of L & I, post a bond and carry general liability insurance coverage. A contractor must
provide a "Notice to Customer" disclosure statement to you for any residential project with a projected cost of
$1,000 or more, and any commercial project of $1,000 to $60,000, See attached.

Acceptance of Proposal:
The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are
authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
The owner shall not sign the contract if there are any blanks, and the owner is entitled to a copy of the
contract at the time thp owner signs it.
