SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On May 26, 2022, Mayling Chin submitted a preliminary long plat application to subdivide
approximately 1.18 acres into 11 single-family lots in the R-1 zoning district. The application was
reviewed at an open record public hearing held on August 25, 2022. The Hearing Examiner
recommendation was issued September 8, 2022.
