JULY 31, 1967
The City Council met in regular session, Councilman Lambert, having been appointed to
serve as Acting Mayor at the last regular meeting on July 24, 1967, presided at this
meeting. Councilmen Brown and McNeice and Acting City Manager Friedline were present on
roll call. Councilmen Kurbitz, Larson, Lynch and Robinson and City Attorney Andrews were
absent on roll call. Councilmen Larson, Lynch and Robinson were excused from this meeting
at the last regular meeting on July 24, 1967. (Councilman Kurbitz called in between the
hour of 10:00 and 10:30 A.M. on this date and advised that he would be unable to attend
this meeting due to illness and vacations in his firm).
There being no quorum present, Acting Mayor Lambert dismissed the meeting at 3:05 P.M.,
to meet again at the regular session on August 7, 1967.
