D.Resolution authorizing an agreement with the Yakima School District for the maintenance
and use of Upper Kiwanis Park for slow pitch softball
E.Resolution declaring Refuse Truck (E R3303) and an International Black-Topper
(ER3138) as surplus and authorizing its disposal per Surplus Disposal Policy 3-100
F.Resolution authorizing an interlocal agreement with the Washington Traffic Safety
Commission for funding a Law Enforcement Liaison

L.Ordinance granting a telecommunications system franchise to Lightspeed Networks, Inc.
M.Ordinance amending the 2022 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations
from unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2022 for
various purposes (Second Reading)
