The minutes of the regular meeting of April 19, 1965 having been duly certified accurate by two Councilmen and no one present wishing to have said minutes read publicly, Mayor Larson declared said minutes approved as recorded. . In accordance with action taken by the City Council at their regular meeting of April 19, 1e65, it was MOVED by Lynch, seconded by Brown that Resolution No. D -$02 providing for the submis1 . sion to the electors of the City of Yakima, at a special election to be held June 15, 1965, the adoption of Ordinance No. 625 relating to the licensing of community antenna television • systems in the.City of Yakima: carried, Brown, Kurbitz, Larson, Lynch voting aye on roll.. D $02, A RESOLUTION providing for the submission to the electors of the Cit3, • of Yakima, at a special election, a. referendum measure for the adoption or rejection of Cit. of Yakim a Ordinance No. 625, entitled "AN ORDINANCE relating to the licensing of com- munity antenna television systems in the City of Yakima; fixing the license fees therefor. prescribing regulatory terms and conditions applicable thereto; declaring violations to be misdemeanors and providing a penalty; and creating a new chapter to. the City of Yakima Municipal Code to be known as Chapter 5.27, Community Antenna Television Systems "; and re- questing the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington to hold a special election. . Moved by Robinson, seconded by Lambert that Ordinance No. 641 amending �m.s Ordinance No. 617 by correcting an error'in the property description, said property located South of Mead Avenue and east of 16th Avenue and annexed by ordinance No. 617, be passed as read: carried, Brown, Kurbitz, Lambert, Larson, Lynch and Robinson voting aye on roll call. Brazier absent. • ORDINANCE NO. 641, AN ORDINANCE amending Section l'of Ordinance No. 617, passed on January 25, 1965 and entitled "AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City 6 Yakima of certain property contiguous to the City of Yaki ma and zoning the same as R -1, One- Family Zone "; and declaring an emergency. . • Upon the recommendation of Manager Smith,'it wasMOVED by Lynch, seconded by Robinson that the resolution authorizing execution of contracts with Larry Smith & Company, Lewis - Redford Engineers, and Architects Associated of Yakima for professional planning services, be postpcn ed until the next regular meeting of the City Council: carried, Brown, Kurbitz, Lambert, Larson, Lynch and Robinson voting aye by voice vote. .Brazier absent. Moved by Robinson, seconded by Lynch that the City Engineers report dated April' 22, 1965 be accepted and approved and. that the estimate therein set forth in the amount of $3,675.38 pa -able to Superior Asphalt Paving Company on the Couth 16th Avenue Relocation improvement, be ap- . • proved and payment authorized; carried, Brown, Kurbitz, Lambert, Larson, Lynch and Robinso voting aye by voice vote.
