SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project (City Project.: 2267C) a final payment of $65,981.76 is recommended for the constructed of a
new concrete box diversion structure, two new concrete discharge structures, two parallel 42 inch pipes
totaling approximately 3,000 linear feet in length, two open conveyance channels and side channels within the
riparian area of the City of Yakima Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
