RESOLUTION NO. R-95 - 3
A RESOLUTION denying a rezone requested by Alison and Bill MacLean (UAZO
RZ 4-94)
WHEREAS, on September 22, 1994, the Hearing Examiner duly conducted a
public hearing regarding the request by Alison and Bill MacLean for the rezone
of a 12,870 square foot lot at 3416 Summitview Avenue from R-1 to•B-2 (UAZO RZ 4-
94), and
WHEREAS, the Examiner by written decision dated November 8, 1994,
recommended denial of the requested rezone , and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1994, pursuant to Yakima Municipal Code
15 23 030(F) the City Council conducted a public meeting to consider the decision
by the Hearing Examiner recommending denial of the requested rezone , and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1994, the City Council decided by motion to
affirm the Hearing Examiner's recommendation to deny the requested rezone;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The request by Alison and Bill MacLean for the rezone of a 12,870 square
foot lot at 3416 Summitview Avenue from R-1 to B-2 (UAZO RZ 4-94) is hereby
denied.
