A RESOLUTION revising the schedule and fares for Dial -A -Ride public
transportation services provided by the City of Yakima.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Dial -A -Ride Fare. A fare of one dollar ($1.00) called the "Dial -A -
Ride fare", shall be collected from each passenger for each trip made on the
demand responsive service for people with disabilities provided by the City of
Yakima known as Dial -A -Ride.
B. The fare will not be collected from an attendant whose assistance is
required by the Dial -A -Ride passenger.
C. The Dial -A -Ride fare will be collected from each person six years of
age or older who accompanies the disabled passenger except as provided in
subsection 1.B. of this resolution.
