A RESOLUTION adopting the 1994 Water Comprehensive Plan with
Appendices for the City of Yakima, Washington.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima, is required to adopt an updated Water
Comprehensive Plan in accordance with WAS 246-290-100 by the State of
Washington, Department of Social and Health Services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima has complied with all the requirements of
WAC 246-290-100 in drafting such said Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has given notice, held public meetings
concerning such Plan, and distributed copies of such Plan upon requests; and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
YAKIMA:
The document entitled "Water Comprehensive Plan" dated July, 1995,
together with its Appendices, a true copy of which Plan and Appendices are on file
in the City Clerk's Office and are incorporated by reference herein, are hereby
adopted by the City of Yakima.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 21st day of November, 1995.
