A.` RESOLUTION approving, ratifying, and waiving the $50.00 fireworks display
permit application fee for the ASB Leadership Council of
Eisenhower High School pursuant to Yakima Municipal Code
Section 10.15.040.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10.15.040 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code, the ASB Leadership Council of Eisenhower High School applied for a permit
for a public display of fireworks at Eisenhower High School scheduled on October
21, 1995 and requested a waiver of the permit fee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of
Yakima to waive the $50.00 application fee for the ASB Leadership Council of
Eisenhower High School pursuant to Yakima Municipal Code Section 10.15.040,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The request by the ASB Leadership Council of Eisenhower High School for
waiver of the $50.00 fireworks display permit application fee for student
organizations pursuant to Yakima Municipal Code Section 10.15.040 is hereby
approved and ratified.
