RESOLUTION authorizing sale of 1981 sewer rodder unit to the City of Moxee.
WHEREAS, the City has previously declared a 1981 sewer rodder unit to be surplus
equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Moxee has offered to purchase the surplus rodder for $7,500; and
WHEREAS, City staff believes $7500 is a fair price at which to sell the surplus rodder, now
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The.City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to take such steps as are
necessary and prudent to sell the 1981 sewer rodder to the City of Moxee
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this /7Q -day of J ,1995
