R-95 - A RESOLUTION adopting a Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the period of 1996 through 2001 for the construction of streets and arterial streets in the City of Yakima. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima annually prepares, reviews and adopts a Six Year Program for the construction of streets and arterial streets in the City of Yakima for the ensuing six year period, all as contemplated and required by State and Federal law, and WHEREAS, after a public hearing on the matter, held at a regular meeting of the Yakima City Council. on July 11, 1995, the City Council finds that the plan attached hereto should be adopted as the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the period of 1996 through 2001 for the construction of streets and arterial streets in the City of Yakima, now, therefore. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The Six Year Construction Program for the period of 1996 through 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby adopted as the official Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the City of Yakima.
