RESOLUTION NO. R-95- 14
A RESOLUTION approving, subject to several conditions, the final plat of Villa
Messina, creating a new twelve lot subdivision between North
37th and North 34th Avenues and between Englewood Avenue
and Fairbanks Avenue, and authorizing the Mayor to sign the
final plat for Villa Messina.
WHEREAS, this Council has previously reviewed and, subject to certain
conditions, by Resolution 95-32, approved the application by Robert J Harrison,
d/b/a Messina Construction, for a twelve lot subdivision, known as Villa Messina,
between North 37th and North 34th Avenues and between Englewood Avenue and
Fairbanks Avenue, City No. UAZO Preliminary Plat #7-94, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 58.17 130 and YMC 14 25 140, to ensure proper
completion of public improvements, the Applicant has established an adequately
funded account restricted to control by the City of Yakima, and
WHEREAS, as this final plat comes before Council for review each member
declares that he or she has had no contact with either the applicant or opponents
of the final plat, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA.
The proposed final plat of Villa Messina, is hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign the final plat. The final plat for Villa Messina shall
be filed for record immediately, or as soon as possible, by the Applicant in the
Yakima County Auditor's Office, and the Applicant shall be responsible for all
filing fees.
